South American wine tasting comes to Southside

Here at the bungo we are exploring the fine wines of South America in April with another of our wine tasting evenings.

Bringing a ray of summer sunshine to the early Glasgow spring, we’re looking forward to hosting an authentic evening on Tuesday, 3 April with Lesley Inglis from Alliance Wines at only £25 per head.

Argentinean wines such as Paul Hobb’s Los Cobos Malbec, a palatable wine from the Marchiori Vineyard, and Zuccardi Torrontes, a tropical, golden yellow coloured wine from Salta will feature in the evening.

Travelling further towards the west coast of South America, wines such as the tangy Nostros Sauvignon will be served, as well as Carmenere, Chile’s signature rich red wine.

To complement these fine wines we’ll have a selection of seafoods, meats and desserts that we promise will make for a wonderfully cultured evening. Hope to see you there!

If you would like to book your place at our South American wine tasting evening, give us a call on 0141 423 0023, or pop in and see us at 17-21 Nithsdale Road, Glasgow.
